  Terrance at the sprint kiosk is wonderful! He shows great customer service, we are so happy to be back with sprint and I will refer everyone to Terrance at sprint.

  This review is for the Sprint Kiosk in the Hagerstown mall. When I arrived at the Sprint Kiosk it was about 10:40 on a Sunday and everyone knows the mall stores don’t open until 11. Despite the fact that I was early as soon as Terreance (sprint rep) showed up for work (still with jacket and hat on) he started making friendly conversation with my boyfriend and I. Terreance was EXTREMELY thorough in giving me all of the information necessary for my I phone upgrade. He was very personable and I appreciated the fact that he wasn’t in it just to swipe my debit card! He truly wanted to make sure that I was satisfied with my phone and my service. Not to mention the fact that he got me a killer deal and everything was exactly what I wanted. Couldn’t be happier with my experience with Terreance at the Hagerstown mall Kiosk. I recommend that everyone go see him. (Also this is the first time I have EVER taken the time to write a google review which tells you that I was more than pleased with my encounter at the Sprint Kiosk, I am living proof that they rock!)
