  CVS pharmacy staff there is absolutely awful!!! My husband was in need of prescription painkillers after a dentist visit. I went to get him pills and told them he was in a terrible pain and asked to rush the order. I was the only customer - and five people on staff. Nobody reacted! 10 minutes later I checked again - not ready! Finally, one comes to me and says she didn't even notice I've been waiting! Then she gives me a "good news" that only the pharmacist can fill it. The pharmacist now is busy consulting someone else for who knows how long... Then she finally pays attention to me, fills those few darn pills - and sends me to the back of the line!!! Huh??? There was NO line when I came and asked them for help!!! Does that make any sense to you??? Then I noticed the pharmacist was black and the guy behind me in line was black. Is that why she was so sensitive about giving him service first??? My poor husband had to wait forever in a horrible pain!!! I just wish all of that staff to go through experience like that themselves!!! That would only be fair!!! All of Hagerstown listen - those people are your shame!!! CVS - that is your shame!!! People - wake up for God's sake!
