  We recently purchased new living room furniture from Bob's. From the minute we walked in it was a pleasant experience. Ed introduced himself, explained the store, showed my son the cafe and said please look around and let us walk around with no pressure. This was great! I hate when you shop with someone walking right next to you, it allowed us to look at our leisure but Ed was available for any questions we had. My son really enjoyed the cafe, and Olivia and the rest of the office staff were so kind to him, even changing the movie for him (it was late on a Friday and he was the only one in there!) On Sunday we went back to finalize our purchase and everyone again was great! Ed was helpful, helped us match our furniture, and found us a great deal on end tables. The managers, Kim and Gina, were super great and helped us when we had to change some things on the invoice. All in all it was a great experience shopping for furniture and we will be back to buy a new mattress soon!
